Training and Placement Cell

The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) at Shri S.K. Shah & Shrikrishna O.M. Arts College is a vital hub for facilitating the career development and placement of students. Managed by a dedicated team, the TPC serves as a conduit between students and prospective employers, providing a range of support services to ensure students are well-prepared for their future careers.

Functions of the TPC

• Industry Engagement: The TPC proactively establishes connections with various industrial houses to arrange training and placement opportunities for students.
• Career Guidance and Placement Support: The TPC assists final-year students in securing fruitful career opportunities by organizing campus interviews and exploring multiple placement avenues.
• Support and Infrastructure: The TPC offers all necessary infrastructure and support to organizations and their officials conducting campus interviews at the college, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

• Summary

Every year, Placement cell is organising two job-fair for final year students. Apart from it, it also organises lectures and programmes that would increase their information of employment and eventually it will guide them. From 2018 to 2024, total 37 students received placement. In sum, Placement cell of Shri S.K. Shah & Shrikrishna O.M. Arts College is committed to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, ensuring that students are well-prepared to meet the demands of the professional world.
